NCS Social Action Manager

Up to £22k pro rata Up to 4 months On-site manager

The Social Action Manager plays a vital role by bridging the gap between the core Programmes team and the pastoral seasonal staff team during the final phase of the NCS programme.

You will work with seasonal staff and teams of young people, leading the NCS social action curriculum and ensuring teams are supported as they design and deliver their social action projects, inspiring teams to make a difference in their local communities. You’ll also work closely with the Programme Associate Manager and Relationship Manager to ensure the programme runs smoothly and to schedule.

This role is perfect for those with a background in social action, campaigning and fundraising, and with experience in project and people management.
