NCS Support Worker

Partly residential Up to £1,880 Up to 18 days

The Support Worker plays a pivotal role in the NCS programme by working exclusively with a young person with additional needs, supporting and motivating them through the NCS programme.

Reporting to the Youth Programme Leader, and working closely with the Team Mentors on the wave, you’ll identify barriers stopping your young person from engaging, and find solutions, adapting the NCS curriculum so they can join in to their full potential.

Support Workers are ‘matched’ to a young person based on their needs and availability. This role is perfect for educational or care professionals with experience in SEND, behavioural, mental health and/or physical disability support.
